UPDATE:  Letter from THE FLORIDA BAR disclosing that one Misconduct Case was Closed and another Misconduct Investigation Opened against Attorney Daniel J. Kortenhaus an incompetent and corrupt Attorney from St. Petersburg, FL for Harassing, Threatening, Intimidating, and Extorting Terry Richards, a Disabled-Veteran and Veterans Rights Advocate who was then 63-years-old. The said Threatening Letter from Kortenhaus dated February 09, 2012 is attached to this story…

Results of the Florida Bar Investigation Committee for Attorney Daniel J. Kortenhaus Harassing, Threatening, Intimidating, and Extorting Terry Richards in his Letter of February 09, 2012: The Bar Committee found that No formal Disciplinary Action was Warranted against Kortenhaus and that only a “Letter of Advice” be issued to Kortenhaus Warning him not to behave in this manner again. This outrageous finding and no Disciplinary Action imposed upon Kortenhaus by the Bar sets the premise that it is okay for Florida Attorneys to Harass, Threaten, Intimidate, and Extort Pro Se Plaintiffs and Defendants without impunity… Kortenhaus who according to public records will be 47 on December 22, 2013 is originally from Sea Girt, New Jersey, and has also lived in Dayton, Ohio, Jacksonville, Tampa, Seminole, Parrish,  Clearwater, Largo, Pinellas Park, and St. Petersburg, Florida… We have also received disturbing testimony from extremely reputable sources and Written Testimony that in addition to his Domestic Aggravated Battery records, that Kortenhaus has Sexually Assaulted at least one Woman and then tried to Defend his Sexual Assault with Extorting her… We are making the further investigation of  Attorney Daniel J.  ST. PETERSBURG, FL -In a letter dated February09, 2012, the day after this Writer, Terry Richards, a 63-year-old Disabled Armed Forces Veteran who was a Pro Se Defendant-former Tenant in a Hearing in a wrongful eviction case based solely on a “SHAM PLEADING” but in which the County Court Judge found in favor of the Landlord for $7100 in Attorney Fees and Costs, Daniel J. Kortenhaus, the then 45-year-old Attorney for the Landlord sent this former Tenant and Writer a letter that not only boasted his win over-a Pro Se Litigant but used threatening, harassing, intimidating and extortive language that implied that this former Tenant and Writer BETTER DISMISS the $3.6 Million related Lawsuit now pending in the Circuit Court  kortenhaus threat letter  and   CARA CIRCUIT FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT which is the Complaint Kortenhaus wants me to DISMISS because it has overwhelming and impeachable Evidence for me to more likely than not PREVAIL.

Readers and parties to this action should duly note that this Writer will be APPEALINGthe County Court Judgment through the State of Florida and Federal Appeals Process if necessary in order to get a RULING that the the Landlord was noti entitled to be AWARDED Attorney’s Fees and Costs due to FRAUD and a SHAM PLEADING, among other things.  Furthermore, on February 10th when I received said Kortenhaus letter, I immediately filed a COMPLAINT IN WRITING WITH THE FLORIDA BAR by sending them a copy of that letter. Written and Filed Notice of Appeal

CARA EVICTION APPEAL “DOCKET VIEW”  TO 6TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT APPELLATE DIVISION

Moreover, I also sent a copy of said Kortenhaus letter and a copy of my Complaint to the Florida Bar to the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court and the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In And For Pinellas County, Florida.

In a related story, the last page of the link Raymond Milton Emergency Stay for Possession of his Dwelling & Premises reveals that MILTON, another ex-tenant who had to file an EMERGENCY MOTION TO STAY EVICTION on September 29, 2011 because of Fraud perpetrated against him by KASPAR, states on his said Pleading that he was also HARASSED and that HIS NAME WAS FORGED on the monthly lease.

Milton goes onto say that he had paid weekly for the time he had been there until he was forced to pay his full rent of $600 on August 24 plus a $25 late fee because it was due on the 22nd of each month which he arranged with KASPAR and KASPAR accepted over the several years Milton resided under KASPAR. Then, and WITHOUT PROPER NOTICE, KASPAR told MILTON that the Company was changing its policy and would only be accepting rent payments from the first to the last day of each calendar month, and that 8-days from then MILTON would have to pay another $600 rent For September 01-September 30, 2011. When MILTON did not pay his rent again September 01, 2011, KASPAR filed eviction procedures against MILTON, and that’s when MILTON filed his EMERGENCY STAY and POSTED the necessary rent funds into the registry of the court pending his hearing on the matter.

Based upon what MILTON later told me, the Judge ruled in his favor and he got back half of what he posted with the court. Then MILTON and the Landlord entered into a joint stipulation agreement as to when MILTON would have to surrender the premises.

Milton told me that KASPAR and the former Landlord-Owner MALCHUT SHLOMO, LLC caused him a substantial amount of pain and suffering because of  their WRONGFUL ACTIONS AND OMISSIONS.

Milton also told me that at some point in that matter when he called ATTORNEY DANIEL J. KORTENHAUS that among other things, KORTENHAUS called him a “COCKSUCKER” over the telephone and MILTON’S friend, who is alson an Attorney and who was standing right next to him by the phone, heard Kortenhaus use the above said expletive.

 ST. PETERSBUG ,FL – Janet L. Kaspar, a Landlord-Property-Manager who among other things, viciously mocks tenants she has to evict for non-payment or other so-called reasons, and also mocks tenants with criminal records was herself evicted from a rental apartment and also had at least one foreclosure on a home she rented and lived mortgage free for several years during the foreclosure process, and also has a criminal record.

Landlord-Property Manager Janet L. Kaspar was EVICTED and then moved to LA VISTA INVESTMENTS, LLC Apts a/k/a MALCUT SHLOMO LLC and currently known as CARA FL PROPERTIES, LLC, in 2004.  Then in 2006 she became Manager after Sheldon Perl of 83 Briarwood Lane, Lawrence, NY 11559 the new owner bought all the Apartment Buildings that form this 6-building 98-apartment housing complex.
Prior to that public records reveal that at least one of homes in which she had a Mortgage was foreclosed and she did not pay any rent or mortgage payments for several years.
This Writer does not think that the below public records revealing eviction and foreclosure and criminal charges for RETAIL THEFT and TRESPASS by KASPAR  is any big deal since this Writer has been evicted on several occasions, it’s just that this Writer despises HYPOCRITES like KASPAR who is always criticizing tenants she has to evict as if she were above all of them. Well the information below shows that she is not above anyone.

Landlord says Roaches are not Pests so they won’t provide routine or reasonable extermination for roaches which violates the Florida Landlord Tenant Act

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -  CARA FL PROPERTIES Lease stating that Extermination of Roaches are the Tenants’ Problem to externinate rather than the Landlord’s which is required by Law. See EXHIBIT “A” (partial lease agreement), and  “EXHIBIT “B” (30-DAY NOTICE TO TERMINATE TENANCY), which is from the Pinellas County, Florida Eviction of ECIANA FAISON (Case No. 11-011-600-CO), in November 2011.

FAISON had been living at the Landlord’s 444-Third Avenue North apartment building when FAISON’s ceiling caved-in because the roof had been improperly repaired by unlicensed contractors. So the Landlord-Property Manager, JANET L. KASPAR, moved FAISON to their 249-Fifth Street North apartment building. Since it was the Landlord’s Negligence and reason that FAISON had to move KASPAR did not even offer to pay for moving FAISON’s furniture so FAISON had to pay for it.

This is Janet Kaspar  alias Janet Louise Kaspar alias Janet L. Greene, the most Disrespectful, Vile, Disgusting, and Lying Landlord and person in the World.

To add insult to injury, when FAISON moved into the other apartment she not only found dog feces under the refrigerator but also an apartment INFESTED WITH ROACHES. When FAISON went to KASPAR complaining about all of the above it was not long before KASPAR posted A 30-DAY NOTICE TO TERMINATE TENANCY on FAISON’s door.

The most amazing part of the above LEASE is in Paragraph 23-PEST CONTROL POLICY which overwhelmingly VIOLATES THE FLORIDA LANDLORD TENANT ACT in that it states in pertinent part that: PALMETTO’SROACHES ARE NOT CONSIDERED PESTS AND ARE THE TENAN’TS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTROL.

According to a former tenant who used to work for KASPAR in her office a couple of years ago or so, told me that because there are 98-apartment units in the 6-building apartment complex the owner, SHELDON PERL of 83 Briarwood Lane, Lawrence, NY 11559 did not want to go through the expense to make reasonable provisions for The extermination of rats, mice, roaches, ants, wood-destroying organisms, and bedbugsas is required under the Florida Landlord and Tenant Act so they insert this unlawful provision in the lease to lie to unsophisticated tenants that do not know the law. However, this provision in the lease is NULL AND VOID as no provision can supersede the Landlord and Tenant Act unless it the provision is BETTER THAN the Landlord Tenant Provisions.

F.S. (Florida Statutes) 83.51 (2)(a)(1) http://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2011/83.51 specifically states that:

(2)(a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, in addition to the requirements of subsection (1), the landlord of a dwelling unit other than a single-family home or duplex shall, at all times during the tenancy, make reasonable provisions for:

1. The extermination of rats, mice, roaches, ants, wood-destroying organisms, and bedbugs. When vacation of the premises is required for such extermination, the landlord shall not be liable for damages but shall abate the rent. The tenant shall be required to temporarily vacate the premises for a period of time not to exceed 4 days, on 7 days’ written notice, if necessary, for extermination pursuant to this subparagraph.

Savino told me and probably told other Tenants on numerous occasions that he is not afraid of anyone or anything, and that his Sons and one of his older Grandsons who work or have worked with him have to hold him back when he gets angry with Tenants in an effort to threaten or terrorize Tenants with or without a gun not to report Code or Health Violations to Code or Health Officials, or if Savino is endeavoring to threaten or terrorize Tenants to Vacate The Premises for non-payment of rent or some other reason so he does not have to pay $700 or more for a Legal Court Eviction.  But as you will see in the two (2) News Report Videos, Savino runs away like a Coward from 10-News Reporter Noah Pransky not just once, but twice.

Set forth below is the INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT to the $3.6 MILLION Lawsuit I filed on January 27, 2012 against the LANDLORD(S) in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

IV. INTRODUCTORY STATEMENT

After the Plaintiff threatened to, and then actually reported KASPAR to a governmental agency charged with responsibility for enforcement of building, housing, or health code violations applicable to the premises, and also helped Eciana Faison (hereinafter “FAISON”) who was another tenant at the time file a complaint with St. Petersburg Codes Compliance because after complaining to Kaspar about roaches she got a 30-day Notice Terminating her Tenancy; and then after the Plaintiff wrote a story on Plaintiff’s Veterans Corner by Terry Richards Blog about KASPAR berating and verbally and emotionally abusing an 80-year-old 2-war Veteran, and failing to comply with housing and health code ordinances, KASPAR posted a 15-day Notice of Termination of Tenancy on Plaintiff’s door. Then upon filing for the eviction of the Plaintiff on or about January 03, 2012 CARA filed a totally FABRICATED SHAM PLEADING by using as their DEFENSE  to terminating Plaintiff’s tenancy that the Plaintiff was romantically and sexually involved with Kaspar and would not stop pursuing her, inter alia.SET FORTH BELOW ARE LANDLORD JANET L. Below is the August 04, 2011 Letter that KASPAR uses as her reasons for terminating my tenancy saying that I was romantically and sexually interested with her and would not stop pursuing her. Yet, up to and even after the said August 4th letter, KASPAR continues to PLAYFULLY BANTER WITH ME AND SAYS NICE THINGS ABOUT ME all the way through September 23, 2011.. Also keep in mind that morning she fell on her stairwell coming down from her apartment and I was sitting outside and witnessed it and made a sling from my t-shirt for her to wear around her  for her elbow that was displaced in the fall. After BANTERING with KASPAR since March 02, 2011 by e-mail and text and then when we would outside especially in the evening and being humerous with one another, I did not feel that this letter was out of place, but rather was to make her feel better and laugh. Also keep in mind that KASPAR and I were co-worker s and nearby neighbors from 1997-2000.

I would have kissed your elbow for pain relief but I know how much I turn-you-on and I did not want to cause further injury to you from the emotional joy you would have experienced from my kissing your elbow, so I immediately rejected that idea and went to the sweat-shirt sling idea instead!!!
Talking about slings, please do not try to sling hash or use a sling shot until your elbow is healed.  And please buy and where NEW BALANCE WALKING SHOES when traversing your stairwell and working around the property for your own safety and welfare.
You should also duly note that although I know you knew the back of your shorts was wet, the upper left part of your shirt was also wet, and so as Tere’ De Gente and former Teenage Cabana Boy at the Di Lido Hotel in Miami Beach Florida 1966-1968, I appointed myself as Judge in the contest, and Declared you the Winner of La Vista’s first annual Wet T-shirt and Wet short-pants contest.
Also noteworthy is that just before your accident this morning I was going to ask you why you always hug the younger La Vista guys but never give me a hug???  Now that you only have one arm to use, I don’t know if I could accept just a one arm hug from you even if you want to give me a hug now…???

This morning I told my landlord Janet Kaspar that last night I saw a charcoal gray cat with a collar tear-down the Halloween decorations on her fence to her Office/Apartment where she lives and that this also solved the mystery of why other things are torn-up or destroyed. Then I said to Kaspar “do you know who has a charcoal gray cat with a collar because I don’t know whose it is?” Instead of being grateful for the information I gave her, Kaspar answered in a berating, and a verbally and emotionally abusive and disrespectful know-it-all-manner as she usually does, and in this conversation indicating that it was Josephine Cristiano’s cat and why did I not know that, and “why do you keep saying you don’t know when you live here?”
It appears that it would be better never to disclose any kind of information like this in the future because it’s virtually impossible to have any kind of real conversation with Kaspar due to her almost always responding to all tenants in her berating, and a verbally and emotionally abusive and disrespectful know-it-all-manner.
As previously stated in other Diary Notes, Kaspar obviously has a lot of “BAGGAGE” from childhood and/or adult marriage or other love-relationships and/or from the Death of Her Daughter in 2002 of which she cannot let go of or put behind her in her everyday life or when she is conducting business with Tenants as a Landlord/Property Manager, and that’s why she is so disrespectful and verbally and emotionally abusive to Tenants when she talks to them, among other things.
I try to be tolerant of Kaspar’s abuse as a Disabled and Elderly person with Major Depressive and Anxiety Disorders and Spinal Injuries all of which Kaspar knows about, but I do not know how much longer I can take this abuse from Kaspar without reporting her to the Florida Department of Childrens and Families (DCF) for Abuse (and Harassment from other incidents) of a Disabled and Elderly person in order to get relief from this abuse or taking Legal Action/File a Cause of Action in Court on my own in her to get Relief because Kaspar’s said wrongful actions causes me substantial undue stress and physical and emotional pain and suffering and mental anguish. Furthermore, because of Kaspar’s said wrongful actions, especially the Disrespectful way Kaspar talks to me and other Tenants, there is very little enjoyment living under Kaspar’s Rule.
The only other alternative is to move to another apartment.  But why should I have to go through all that trouble and difficulty, especially with all my medical and mental health problems when Kaspar as the Landlord/Property Manager is the problem, not me as the Tenant?

Then on August 11, 2011, Kaspar appeared to be having some kind of meltdown, as Kaspar told me and several other tenants who happened to be on the front porch of my building that evening that after her daughter died she found a Mentor that taught her that human beings are programmed with emotions but should not have any emotions because they get in the way of life and the things you need to do.  So Kaspar told us that she has no emotions and neither should her tenants. I responded to Kaspar saying what you are doing and feeling is a “Coping Mechanism” to deal with or grieve your daughter’s death.

As an Expert (as defined in Black’s Law Dictionary) in Dysfunctional Families Issues, it’s obvious to me that Kaspar has a lot of “unfinished business” and lots of” left-over baggage” from childhood and her Marriages and other Love Relationships and is at least one of the reasons Kaspar Berates and talks to all the tenants and others in a Disrespectful and/or verbally and emotionally abusive tone of voice most of time, and also the reasons tenants and their guests cannot have a normal conversation with Kaspar or even have peaceful enjoyment of the property when she is around them.

Tenants from the other buildings have told me that their sinks are backing up and that Kaspar is asking them to fix problems rather than come to her. The door to the circuit breakers are padlocked in the 233-5th street N. Building so Tenants cannot get to it when their power goes out to reset it or to turn-off in case of an electrical fire in the building or their apartments.

 The hallways some of the buildings are full of roaches and are not regularly cleaned or mopped or exterminated because there is not any routine extermination in any of the buildings or apartments and tenants in at least one building say they have roaches in their apartments and cannot control them even after they clean and/or bomb spray their apartments.

Roofs at the 442-444-446-3rd Avenue North buildings are leaking and Kaspar moved some of the tenants to other apartments in other buildings.

Overgrowth ofGrass in big Courtyard had not been cut for 9-months was 3-feet high or more and a Housing Code Violation. Finally cut first week in November 2011 when this Writer-Tenant threatened to complain to Code enforcement.

The grass in the courtyard between 233 and 249-5th street north buildings was 3-feet high or more and was full of junk until about late last week  after I started writing Kaspar about Kolko and then Code Violations, among other things.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Janet L. Kaspar alias Janet L. Greene, a 49-year-old Landlord-Property Manager for a 6-building – 98 unit apartment complex in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida known as La Vista Investments LLC and Malchut Shlomo LLC, Berated and spoke with a Verbally and Emotionally Abusive tone of voice and body language towards Sam Kolko, an 80-year old Disabled Korean and Vietnam War Veteran because Kolko did not know how to turn-off or reset the electrically wired smoke alarm system in his apartment. Then to add insult to injury, Kaspar left Kolko’s Apartment saying:

“They send you guys to War but you can’t even turn-off a smoke alarm.”

CORRECTION: See CORRECTION at the bottom of this story for JANET GREENE of Boca Raton, FL and Author of GREENE’S RELEASE who is not in any way associated with this story nor should she be confused with Janet L. Kaspar alias Janet L. Greene of St. Petersburg, FL who is the subject of this story.

Not too long after Kaspar Berated Kolko the first time I eyewitnessed that event in horror, Kaspar further Berated and Harassed Kolko again for letting the rear entry door to the building slam too hard which I also eyewitnessed. Kolko says Kaspar has made other harassing comments like this over the 18-months he’s lived there. Kolko, was a Marine Gunner in both Wars and spent 28-years in the Marine Corps Reserves before Retiring.

The specific incidents with Kolko occurred in May of 2011 but I did not inquire with Kolko about the incident or report it for the reasons set forth below in this story. However, I did inquire about the matter with Kolko until I e-mailed about the incidents on August 11th of 2011, and Kolko responded on August 16th 2011, all of which is set forth below in the copy of the pertinent part e-mail correspondences:

It was DISTURBING to me because of the fact that not only should Janet not be talking to Tenants in that manner or tone of voice, but also because you are 80-years old and a Korean and Vietnam Combat Veteran. As you know Janet talks to just about all the Tenants that in that manner and tone of voice. She talked to 58-year old Tenant Ron who lives above you in the same manner and tone of voice as she did you when his fire alarm went off recently.

I do to know if you will recall that we discussed my alarm going off several times every day and in the middle of the night for no reason. You at the time said you had heard it often sitting outside my window. In the thirty years smoke detectors have been invented I had never set one off before and thus had NO experience with how to deal with it. Jan said it was because I needed to open the window, Simply stated I lived down the hall in this building in a smaller room than I am in now that had NO window that could be opened and cooked every day and never had an alarm go off as well as cooking in my second floor room in the big building and never having the problem either. After the incident with Jan the alarm went off 3 times in the middle of the same night. It was obvious to me it was defective as I was in bed and had not even smoked cigarette for hours. I disarmed it rather than suffer her unwillingness to talk or discuss things calmly or rationally.

Jan is hard working and intelligent but has a quick temper that borders on unreasonable behavior when she is annoyed or aggravated.. It is her problem not mine. I am grateful, however. That she is a woman for were she not, although 80. I would have decked her for the disrespect and abuse she laid on me and would have wound up in jail. It was not the first time she talked to me like I was a piece of poop or an idiot and it was just the last straw in my willingness to communicate ANYTHING to her that I think will set her off. Her method of dealing with her tenants does serve her well as most seem to dislike her or fear her. It is a shame as she is an excellent landlord in most respects and has done wonders with these old buildings.

NO ONE is perfect. Least of all me. I hate alibi Ike’s which I would sound like if I pointed out to her that almost every time she has berated me she was wrong because she had jumped to conclusions instead of asking questions that would have led her to the right answer.

Patience and responsibleness are not her long suit and that is a shame

Writer’s Note: Is this the kind of treatment Kolko fought 2-Wars for??? I think not!!! Is this why this Author and other Veterans aside from Kolko Served and Sacrificed and died in Defense of this Nation’s and other Nation’s Freedoms throughout the World to be Berated by Kaspar which has resulted in physical and emotional pain and suffering and mental anguish for me and other Tenants??? I think not!!!

For any Tenants or former Tenants who wish to Write one of the Owners/Principals and/or the Mortgage Company to let them know about how you are being mistreated or how you were being mistreated, and/or to let them know about Substantial Material Non-Compliances like water damage from a structurally damaged Roof or uncontrollable roaches, and that Kaspar unlawfully requires Tenant to be home during repairs, and that their Properties are in jeopardy of permanent damage as wellas potential Personal Injury Lawsuits in the Millions of Dollars, and that we need New Management, the Pinellas County Property Appraiser reveals that the Ownership/Mailing and Mortgage Compnay addresses are as follows:

Dear Janet,

I do not find the Maintenance Form per se “UNCONSCIONABLE” and/or “ACTING IN BAD FAITH” pursuant to the Landlord Tenant Act and Precedents thereafter, I find the fact that as stated earlier is the “When you will be present for repairs” section of the as “UNCONSCIONABLE” and/or “ACTING IN BAD FAITH” which is not a requirement of the Act as stated earlier.

What I find most disturbing, foolish, insane and silly Janet, is the fact that you have responded to me since last Friday in an “UNCONSCIONABLE” or “ACTING IN BAD FAITH,” as well as a demeaning and “control freak” – its my “way or the highway” manner as also stated earlier, over the repair of an old toilet flapper that was allowing water to leak and that my said notifications to you was beneficial and in the best interest of the Owners whom ever they may be.

For over a year since moving into my apartment I have tolerated and endured or otherwise “turned a blind-eye” to the substantial pain and suffering and mental anguish youhave caused me and others as a result of the disrespectful, nasty and sometimes verbally and emotionally abusive, and sometinesin a criminally verbally and emotionally abusive manner in which you talk to me and the other disabled and elderly Tenants, and the rest of your Tenants as well.

The reasons I tolerated and endured all of the above was because of our former co-worker relationship from 1997-2000, our acquaintanceship, and the fact that I discerned all the pain and suffering you have from the death of your daughter in 2002. PREVIOUS INFORMATION PUBLISHED IN THIS AND THE NEXT PARAGRAPH HAS BEEN INTENTIONALLY DELETED DUE TO BEING ERRONEOUS.

And for the same reasons above, for over a year since moving into my apartment I have tolerated and endured or otherwise “turned a blind-eye” to the fact that you use and order your maintenance men, et al to evict some of your former tenants by having them threaten them with physical harm if they don’t vacate the premises, and also by unlawfully locking them out of their apartments so yu did not have to pay the estimated $900 for each legal eviction.

I also “turned a blind-eye” to the sustantial material non-compliances and code violations, especially the major roof leaks in 442/444/446 – Third Ave North building where the ceilings are caving-in and your having to move at least 3-Tenants to other apartments because of the leaking water rather than spending the money to properly repair the entire roof you only did just a temporary patch job using if even that by using Unlicensed Tenants and Maintenance Men. And you did the same thing ont he 420 – Third Ave North, and 233 – Fifth Ave North Buildings. And by not fully repairingthe major roof leaks at 442/444/446 – Third Ave North you endanger the remainingTen Tenants who live there because that roof could cave-in on them.

I also “turned a blind-eye” to a number of other code substanial Violations but they do not endanger the Tenants.

Because of all of your above and other wrongful actions and omissions Tenants cannot fully enjoy their Residency at Malchut Shlomo LLC d/b/a Lavista Investments LLC, which by the way;

Malchut Shlomo has been Administratively Dissolved and not an Active and Legal Corporaton since September 23, 2006 due to a name change to Lavista Investments on June 01, 2006.

And LaVista Investments has not been an Active Legal Corportation since September 24, 2010 for failing to file an Annual Report. Nor does a Fictious name filed as Malchut Shlomo LLC d/b/a Lavista Investments LLC or without LLC.

Yet, you have filed Evictions in the County Court under Malchut Sholomo LLC and Lavista LLC, and I and other Tenants pay rent made Payable To: MALCHUT SHLOMO and your City of St. Petersburg License is under MALCHUT SHLOMO.
